Welcome to Absorbex Solutions. Absorbex Solutions is a trading name operated by a sole proprietor in South Africa. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

Absorbex Solutions supplies silica gel sachets and moisture-control products. We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Packaging, printing and appearance may differ slightly from photographs shown on the website. Product quantity and sachet weight will be stated on the applicable product page.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). The price payable is the price shown when the order is placed. Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed before checkout is completed. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, the customer will be informed and refunded as required by applicable law.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or approved third-party payment providers. Absorbex Solutions does not directly store customers’ complete payment-card details.

Delivery

We deliver to serviceable addresses throughout South Africa. Delivery charges and available delivery options are displayed during checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.

Product safety

Silica gel sachets are intended for moisture control. DO NOT EAT. Keep silica gel sachets away from children and pets. Use products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights provided to consumers by South African law.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Absorbex Solutions will not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse, ingestion, improper storage or use of a product contrary to its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Absorbex Solutions name, website design, original written content, graphics and branding may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
